How do you assure that all of the products on Kashve are sold by women-owned or gender-balanced businesses?

Each merchant or professional service provider completes a short self-assessment prior to joining Kashve.

What is your return policy?

Every seller on the site has its individual return policy. Please check the store policies before purchasing!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free every day – no minimums! Our policy is that all sellers ship within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, every order includes tracking!

What if I have a question about my order? Do you have an 800 number?

You can always reach us at customercare@kashve.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We do not have an 800 number at this time.

Are products more or less expensive because they are offered on kashve?

No. kashve is an online sales platform like many others. The difference is that when you shop and purchase goods and services on kashve, you are having a direct impact on the effort to close the economic gender gap – and you keep ALL the money within women-owned businesses.

Is there a fee to join Kashve?

No. Membership in Kashve is free to shoppers.
